Shipping and Receiving-Sent a package to Coloware, now what?

If you're sending a package to Coloware, please review our Shipping and Receiving tips to ensure your package is received and on time.

To ensure your package has eyes on it from day one, we recommend you open a ticket using the Support button on our website: https://coloware.com/

Small items will be delivered by courier through the front door.

○ building security will call Coloware to notify us of a new delivery and request instructions.
○ normally smaller items will be brought up to the suite by the courier or delivery company.

Shipping and Receiving v1-2

Larger items such as fully packaged servers & network gear, or equipment on skids.

○ these will only be received at the loading dock on Station St. at the rear of the building.
○ a truck with a liftgate is preferred as the loading dock is in an awkward position to accommodate a straight back approach.
○ notify Coloware by opening a ticket via Support with nature of delivery and expected date/time and tracking information.
○ update the ticket with contact information for the  delivery company and any other shipping and receiving information that may be of use.
○ Coloware will receive the items and bring them up to the suite via the freight elevator.
○ we will update the ticket with the status and make note of any visible damage, however is not responsible for any damage during shipping or incomplete deliveries.

If replacement parts are sent to site and failed parts are to be returned, please include an RMA label along with delivery instructions.
