Coloware Policy Guidelines for the Coloware Data Center

Please take a moment to review the Coloware policy guidelines:

1. If you need to bring in a vendor or contractor, please let us know ahead of time so we can ensure they are authorized to enter the data center.

2. Keep our data center secure by closing all doors behind you and not propping open any secure entry points. We want to make sure only authorized personnel are accessing the center.

3. While we know snacks are tempting, please refrain from bringing any food or drink into the data center. We don’t want any crumbs or spills to harm yours or others equipment.

4. For the sake of our air filtration systems and the comfort of all visitors, smoking is not allowed in the data center.

5. We understand some days may be rough, but please leave any weapons, firearms, illegal drugs, or alcohol outside the data center.

6. The data center is not a storage facility for any combustible materials. Please keep all flammable materials away from the data center.

7. We love animals, but unfortunately, they’re not allowed in the data center. If you have a service animal, please let us know in advance so we can make appropriate arrangements.

8. To protect our clients’ privacy and security, unauthorized photography or recording is not allowed in the data center.

9. We’re all for creativity, but please don’t post promotional materials without prior Coloware approval. We want to maintain a professional neutral atmosphere.

10. To ensure the safety of everyone in the data center, all work must be authorized and scheduled with Coloware. Please don’t connect or disconnect equipment from our main overhead power sources without permission.
We run 240V / 20A 3-Phase in our facility.
Please DO NOT plug in household power bars/strips.
Please ensure your equipment is compatible with this power source.

11. If you need to remove equipment from the data center, please let us know ahead of time so we can approve the removal.

12. We love a good DIY project, but please don’t modify any of the facility equipment in the data center.

13. If you need to run cables outside of your cabinet, please get Coloware’s approval first. We want to ensure all cabling is safe and as neat as possible.

Thank you for taking the time to review our Coloware policy guidelines. If you have any questions or concerns, please don not hesitate to reach out to a Coloware representative.
