Interconnectivity
Standard fiber cables run from the customer rack to the Building Meet-Me-Room for connectivity to over 250 different internet/network service providers.
Dedicated fiber bundles complete with a dedicated panel in the MMR and terminate directly in your cabinet for complete control and limited hops. This is a great solution for internet/network service providers who require large amounts of cross connects.
Cross connects between customers/tenants of the same facility/suite. The advantages of in-suite cross connects are:
- Direct 1:1 connection from customer to provider – this eliminates a minimum of four connection points at .2db loss each in comparison to standard MMR cross connects
- Eases troubleshooting (less points of failure)
- Reduces the likelihood of technician error
- Eliminates a large percentage of ‘dirty endface’ connections
- Decreases Latency and Attenuation
Network Services
< 1Gbps blended bandwidth circuits perfect for backup link or for backdoor access to equipment.
Sold in tandem with bandwidth. Block sizes available up to /24’s.
Dedicated Out-of-Band access to ensure you always have eyes on your critical infrastructure.
Managed Services
Offered both during and outside business hours at $125/hour and $200/hour respectively. Bundle pricing is also available at a lower cost per hour. This is the cost of a data center technician’s time assisting with customer requests i.e. hard drive swaps, cable reseating, installing equipment, etc.
For more complex customer requests that require network troubleshooting or consultation, replacements of internal hardware components (i.e. CPU, RAM, NICs), hardware troubleshooting (BIOS work). Rates may vary.
